Placing an Ad

Our desire is to make this Directory as useful to the user and cost effective for the advertiser as possible. You are responsible for creating your own ad, and will be contacted only if there is a problem with the information you have supplied.

Your basic ad, placed and paid for over the internet, costs $50 for one year and includes one classification listing. Options you can select to enhance your ad are:

Before you start creating your ad look at a several existing ads to get some ideas for how you want your ad to look. Then, read the following before beginning the Place an Ad process.

Products/Services Offered – This field has 512 characters (keystrokes) of space for you to describe your business. You can compose this part in a Word file and check the character count by clicking on Tools at the top of your screen then click on Word Count where you will see “Characters (with spaces)”. You will need to edit your copy until this number is no greater than 512. When you have the description you want, Copy and Paste it into the Product/Services Offered field in the Ad Placement Form.

Logo and/or Photo –Know where to find the digital file(s) in your computer that contain(s) the image(s) that you want to use. The name of each file MUST end with one of the following: .JPG, .JPEG, .BMP, .PNG, or .JIF. These letters define the digital format the file is in and are the only ones that we can accept. To load these file(s) just follow the screen prompts when you come to these pages.

Payment – Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. If a check is mailed a $20 service charge will be added to the order.
